- Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, including property sales, purchases, and rentals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the real estate process.
- Assist in the management of rental properties, including tenant communication, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct market research to gather data on property listings, pricing trends, and local market conditions.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage various documents, including contracts, agreements, and property listings (Property finder, Bayut)
