We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, with an existing customer base or proven ability to generate business within UAE market, ability to maintain frequent monthly & quarterly sales includes all sectors of Freight Forwarding Air, Sea & Land.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales (import/export).
  • Existing customer base or demonstrated ability to generate leads.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
  • Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
  • Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
  • Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
  • Strong skills in negotiating shipping lines and Airline carries for promoting the most attractive promotion rates in market.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet assigned client acquisition targets within the probationary period.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve sales revenue targets and provide detailed sales reports.
  • An understanding of marketing methodologies and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well knowledge in shipping terms and customs procedures.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of results and generating new sales, and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure that all client inquiries and requests are responded to promptly and professionally
  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to achieve competitive and profitable agreements.
  • Provide consultative services to clients by recommending optimal shipping solutions.
  • Salary is negotiable, according to your experience level in the field.
