1. Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing and amending all types of company contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and the company's interests.
2. Legal Compliance: Supervise the compliance of the company's business activities to ensure compliance with Dubai and international legal requirements.
3. Risk Control: Identify potential legal risks, propose effective legal solutions and reduce the possibility of legal disputes.
4. Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Handle the company's legal disputes and work with outside counsel to advance litigation or arbitration cases.
5. Legal Assistance: Provide legal knowledge and offer suggestions and advice.
6. Corporate Governance: assisting the company in formulating legal policies and compliance processes to improve legal risk management.
7. Other legal affairs: support the company's investment, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights, labor disputes and other related legal affairs.
Skills
1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Law or above, with a lawyer's license is preferred (e.g. Anglo-American Lawyer or Dubai local practicing certificate).
2. Experience Requirements: No experience required / International students acceptable
3. Legal Knowledge: Familiar with UAE and international commercial law, contract law, labor law, intellectual property law, etc.
4. Language skills: Chinese as the main language of communication, fluent in Arabic or English (written and spoken).
5. Communication skills: good negotiation skills, problem solving skills and teamwork spirit.
6. Professionalism: Rigorous and meticulous work with strong moral values and sense of responsibility.
7. Other requirements: able to adapt to the international working environment in Dubai, familiar with the local business culture and regulatory system is preferred.
