Your Role: Marketing & Sales Manager

As our Marketing and Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s success—crafting powerful marketing strategies, growing sales, and building long-lasting relationships with customers. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion, branding, and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth

  • Develop and implement creative, data-driven marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Craft compelling content (blog posts, social media, video storytelling) that showcases our unique fashion narrative.
  • Plan and execute impactful seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.


Sales & Business Development

  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
  • Explore new sales opportunities, including partnerships, pop-up shops, and wholesale accounts.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and reports to leadership.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty and retention.


Brand Building & PR

  • Strengthen brand visibility through strategic PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach.
  • Represent YZ Design Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels.


Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing and sales, ideally in fashion or retail.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Success in driving sales, leading marketing campaigns, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Strong grasp of SEO, social media ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Creative Visionary: Passionate about branding, storytelling, and trend forecasting.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Startup Mindset: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
