The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized real estate consultations to clients, managing property transactions efficiently, and developing marketing strategies to enhance sales and achieve the company's business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional consultation to clients on investment options in off-plan properties.
- Manage new property sales transactions and negotiate with potential buyers.
- Coordinate rental operations by finding tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and completing contracts.
- Implement resale strategies to maximize clients’ return on investment.
- Analyze real estate market trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a database of clients and potential investors while fostering long-term professional relationships.
- Utilize the latest marketing tools and digital platforms to showcase properties and boost sales.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market trends, offering innovative solutions to increase sales.

Skills
Qualifications and Experience Required:
