We are seeking a passionate and experienced Inclusion Specialist to join our team and drive initiatives that foster inclusion and accessibility in the disability sector.

Job summary:

The inclusion specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating inclusive projects and strategies that promote the inclusion of people of determination. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of disability rights, accessibility standards, and inclusive practices, as well as a strong commitment to advocacy and empowerment.

Key responsibilities:

• Inclusive program development and implementation.
• Advocacy and policy development.
• Community engagement.
• Accessibility consulting.
• Reporting and evaluation.

SALARY: 18000 AED per month

requirements:

• preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the disability sector, with a focus on inclusion and accessibility.
• strong knowledge of disability rights, inclusive practices, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
