Overview of the role
We are seeking a hands-on, data-oriented Commercial Programmes Manager to join Al Futtaim Automotive. This role is crucial in driving data-backed profitability and decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and nurturing the actions and relationships that deliver results.
What you will do
- Support the overall Al Futtaim Automotive strategy and ensure it is embedded in our operational capabilities and performance
- Oversee and maintain market-leading dealer performance reporting and analysis
- Ensure data quality and accuracy checks for all metrics within the dealer performance reporting suite
- Rationalize the Al Futtaim Automotive reporting landscape, removing duplicative and legacy reporting
- Create a clear, structured KPI (Key Performance Indicator)/metric repository across all Al Futtaim Automotive businesses and brands
- Define and implement the ‘levers’ to drive competitive spirit and improvement opportunities
- Measure, monitor, and drive accountability for improvement actions across the business
- Support the objectives and performance measurement cycle, setting scorecards, key metrics, and targets
- Oversee all reporting needs and material collation/creation for activities relating to the Vice President’s Office
- Coordinate the annual scorecard and objective-setting process across Al Futtaim Automotive Business Operations
Skills
Required skills to be successful
- A business or technical university degree is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading high-performing data teams
- Quantifiable experience in driving operational improvement across organizations
- Comfortable with analytics platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Qlik
About the team
This role reports to the GM – Commercial Performance & Lifecycle and sits within a wider team responsible for process and quality improvement, performance management, product lifecycle and pricing, and sales planning. The team is dedicated to driving the business forward through data-backed decision-making and continuous improvement.
