Whether it's managing retail counters or workshop operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless service and top-tier solutions to our valued customers.
What you will do
- Drive Sales & Revenue – Achieve financial goals by strategically upselling parts, controlling discounts, and promoting accessories to hit monthly targets.
- Enhance Customer Loyalty – Build long-term relationships by providing expert consultation on customer needs and recommending the right parts as per maintenance schedules.
- Ensure Operational Excellence – Coordinate with Service Advisors, Job Controllers, and Technicians to track parts availability, orders, and vehicle progress, ensuring smooth, on-time delivery.
- Maintain Compliance & Quality – Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Company Policies, and Distributor Programs to deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Optimize Stock & Revenue – Monitor daily sales orders and reservations to maintain the perfect stock levels while preventing financial risks.
- Leverage Technology – Accurately capture customer details in SAP, ensuring seamless data management and efficient operations.

- Proficiency in parts catalogues & inventory management
- Systems knowledge – SAP experience preferred
About the team
Join a high-performing team where you will collaborate closely with Customers, Service Advisors, Parts Supervisors, Job Controllers, Technicians, and the Workshop Manager. You will report directly to the Aftersales Manager and be an integral part of our aftersales success.
What equips you for the role
- Educational background: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Automotive Engineering Degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in spare parts operations, preferably as a Parts Supervisor. In-depth product & process knowledge.
- Language: Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Tech Savvy: MS Office, SAP knowledge, and proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC)
