Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences for interior spaces.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and detailed plans for residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces.
• Create 2D and 3D visual representations of design ideas using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Select furniture, materials, color schemes, lighting, and accessories that complement the overall design vision.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure designs are executed within the agreed parameters.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials and furniture.
• Oversee the installation of design elements, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the design process, addressing any concerns or changes.
• Prepare project proposals, presentations, and cost estimates for clients.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think creatively and solve design challenges.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Certification in Interior Design (e.g., NCIDQ, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 year Experience in UAE.
