Job Description:
UPay Fintech is looking for a data-driven, internet-savvy Operations Specialist to join our team! We hope you are passionate about data, enjoy identifying and solving problems through data, and have rich experience in internet operations, user retention, conversion strategies, event planning, and data analysis. You should also have excellent communication skills and a strong team collaboration spirit to independently manage projects and drive implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Data-Driven Operations:
- Build and maintain a data-driven decision-making system, ensuring accurate and complete data collection.
- Utilize data analysis tools to conduct in-depth user behavior research, uncovering user demands and product optimization opportunities.
2. Event Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on company growth goals and user needs, boosting user engagement and conversion rates.
- Plan, allocate resources, oversee execution, monitor performance, and evaluate outcomes to optimize event effectiveness.
3. User Retention & Conversion:
- Develop and implement user retention and conversion strategies to increase user participation and engagement.
- Analyze the user lifecycle and design multi-tier user engagement strategies to enhance conversion rates.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with legal, branding/marketing, and business teams to execute operational strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination to ensure high-quality project execution.
Skills
- More than 3 years of frontline experience in internet operations, with expertise in data-driven decision-making and event operations.
- Candidates with extensive experience in e-commerce, gaming, foreign trade, or independent website operations will be given priority.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, with strong analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and resilience.
- Passion for the Web3 fintech industry, with a strong willingness to learn.
