  • Develop new clients, maintain existing relationships, and close deals efficiently.
  • Understand clients' needs for property purchase or rental and recommend suitable projects.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate prices with developers or landlords on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
  • Assist clients with contract signing and ensure compliance throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on the real estate market, including pricing trends, supply & demand, and policy changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve company services.


Skills

  • Proven sales experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Has strong sales skills and can quickly build relationships and close deals.
  • Is familiar with overseas real estate sales processes, including client development, needs analysis, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including policies, tax structures, and ROI calculations.
  • Is highly customer service-oriented and can provide professional advice on purchasing, investment, and rental.
  • Is proficient in using CRM systems and office software and understands how to leverage social media for client acquisition & brand promotion.
  • Is fluent in English (a second language is a plus).
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
