  • Plan and create promotion content (articles, ads, and social media posts).
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts and ensure regular content updates.
  • Monitor performance data, optimize content, and increase engagement & reach.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and produce creative content to enhance brand influence.
  • Understanding social media algorithms and optimizing content for better engagement.
  • Coordinating promotional events and designing marketing materials.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Running and monitoring digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, WeChat Ads, Douyin Ads).


Skills

  • Prior experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries for at least 1 year.
  • Strong knowledge of both Western and Chinese social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing strategies, and user acquisition strategies for global and Chinese markets.
  • Familiar with basic design, photo editing and video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
