Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and control communication between sales, customers, and suppliers throughout the entire order cycle.
  • Review and handle orders from the sales department (local and indent) or distributors. Enter and track orders accurately.
  • Recommend the most optimal transportation methods, routes, equipment, and delivery frequencies to ensure efficient delivery from the factory to customers and distributors as per the order requirements.
  • Issue invoices in the system (local), prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and ensure all invoicing activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Take responsibility for performing inventory checks and ensuring proper documentation for accounting related to shipments and stock.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of both international and national shipping procedures.
  • Must have hands-on experience with SAP software.
  • A minimum of 2 years of solid experience in logistics, covering operational, administrative, and analytical processes.
