Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the overall pipeline of orders, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of orders for the assigned customers
- Work with the forwarders and warehouses in Italy & USA to ensure timely shipments of distributors orders
- Weekly update of open customer orders report
- Monthly sales trend analysis
- Weekly sales report of the top selling part numbers performance
Skills
Preference:
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience, and or Order Processing Services related experience.
- Business analytics with high knowledge of Excel / Power BI.
