We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client, a dynamic cybersecurity system integrator team focused on B2C clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth as a reseller, a system integrator, or both, while establishing strong client relationships and staying ahead in the competitive cybersecurity landscape

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Strategy:
  • Identify and target potential B2C clients for cybersecurity solutions, such as Endpoint Security, Application Security, Network Security, Identity & Access Management, and Managed Services
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand awareness in the B2C segment.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies.
  1. Client Engagement & Sales:
  • Build and maintain relationships with individual customers, understanding their cybersecurity needs.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services effectively, tailoring solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity solutions based on client needs and emerging threats.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  1. Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to design campaigns and create customer-centric cybersecurity solutions.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to enhance products and services.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to showcase offerings.
  1. Customer Education & Retention:
  • Educate customers on the importance of cybersecurity and the company’s offerings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional post-sales support.
  1. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's cybersecurity products and services.
  • Effectively demonstrate and explain the value of solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to provide expert guidance.

 

  1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their application in the B2C market.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close deals.
