Sales Executive

UAE
  • Develop new clients, maintain existing relationships, and close deals efficiently.
  • Leads generation by the way of proactive outbound calling and uploading property listing.
  • Understand clients' needs for property purchase or rental and recommend suitable projects.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate prices with developers or landlords on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
  • Assist clients with contract signing and ensure compliance throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on the real estate market, including pricing trends, supply & demand, and policy changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve company services.


Note: Real estate sales in Dubai are commission-based with no fixed salary. However, we offer a highly competitive tiered commission structure. Additionally, we provide a smart, innovative, and highly attractive backend system, including CRM and AI-powered intelligent tools, to support your success.

Working Hours & Leave Policy:

  • As per UAE labor law, a 5-day workweek with possible weekend work based on business needs.
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
  • Two days off per week (likely mid-week, depending on business requirements).


Skills

  • Proven sales experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and close deals.
  • Familiar with overseas real estate sales processes, including client development, needs analysis, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including policies, tax structures, and ROI calculations.
  • Highly customer service-oriented and can provide professional advice on purchasing, investment, and rental.
  • A proactive and energetic work ethic.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and office software and understands how to leverage social media for client acquisition & brand promotion.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Fluent in English (a second language is a plus).
