Today we are looking for bold and ambitious brokers (important to know Russian language) who are ready to fully integrate into the process of selling real estate in Dubai.

Requirements for candidates:

Work experience: at least 1 year in sales;

Communication skills: the ability to find a common language with clients, the ability to identify client needs and dialogue skills;

High-level presentation skills;

Competent speech: the ability to clearly and convincingly express thoughts;

Focus on results: the desire to earn money without restrictions and to meet set goals;

Self-organization: the ability to plan your time and work effectively in a multitasking environment;

Readiness to learn: the desire to increase and master sales of new tools;

Conversational English at B2 level and Russian

Tasks to be solved:

Efficiently and promptly respond to incoming requests.

Organize meetings with clients and conduct property showings.

Analyze clients' designs and select properties according to their preferences.

Evaluate the investment potential of properties and prepare corresponding calculations.

Coordinate and control all stages of transactions, including collecting deposits and completing the sale.
