- Consult with Clients: Understand clients’ travel needs, preferences, and budgets to offer tailored travel solutions.
- Plan & Book Travel: Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel services.
- Provide Travel Advice: Offer insights on destinations, travel insurance, visa requirements, and local attractions.
- Handle Reservations & Payments: Use booking systems (GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to process reservations, payments, and modifications.
- Resolve Travel Issues: Assist clients with changes, cancellations, or emergencies during their trips.
- Stay Updated: Keep track of travel trends, airline policies, and government regulations affecting travel.
- Promote Travel Packages: Suggest special deals, promotions, or customized itineraries to clients.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Follow up with clients post-travel and encourage repeat business.
Requirements & Skills:
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Experience: Previous experience in IATA Accredited travel agencies, tour operations, or airline ticketing is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and online booking platforms.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to interact with clients and vendors.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple bookings with accuracy.
Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking to resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
Language Skills: Arabic ; Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
