  • To ensure the team meets overall Web and branch wise conversion targets set by management.
  • To improve the process of Salesforce leads management and quality of communication of tele sales team members with customers.
  • To improve team’s SLA and response time of calling customers.
  • To ensure CRM Sales team is booking maximum appointments in bringing customers to showroom.
  • To ensure the team collectively is achieving customer visits targets.
  • To make random calls to leads been rejected by CRM sales stating as In-Valid leads.
  • To prepare the duty schedule for Inventory team and ensure presence of team members during operational hours of showrooms.
  • To prepare and manage the leave roster for Inventory team.
  • Receive and contact each Online lead from salesforce.com.
  • Ensure prospects are contacted within the agreed SLA with management.
  • Convince each lead to visit Nissan Showrooms in either Dubai or Northern Emirates in accordance with the Nissan guideline and campaigns.
  • To set an appointment of customer with the Sales Consultant.
  • To transfer leads to the Sales Consultant appointment has been fixed with.
  • Schedule appointments in Sales Consultant outlook calendar for visit/test drives etc
  • To work closely with Sales team and follow up upon the visit of the customer to the showroom.
  • Follow up with Sales Consultant on the status of the lead.
  • To increase customer visits to the showroom.
  • Prospecting existing data through calls and online platforms (emails, SMS)
  • Convert digital call leads to showroom traffic and to sales.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure customer is left happy with his/her experience with Nissan.
  • To follow-up on un-converted leads and stay in touch with customer for future prospecting.
  • To reduce In-Valid leads ration against the total leads received.
  • To work closely with branch / sales managers while forecasting total digital sales for the month.
  • To achieve the target ser by management for Digital Conversions.
  • To achieve quarterly non-financial KPI’s.


Skills

  • Bachelor degree with 2-3 years experience in Banking Tele Sales 
  • Must be very proficient in English (Arabic is a plus), must have good Excel skills.
