Microsoft System and Support Engineer (6 months temporary)
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support and managing Microsoft-based systems.
This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, administering Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring the seamless operation of enterprise IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
- Administer and support O365 Admin Center products, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Implement and manage security policies, user access, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance, apply updates, and ensure IT infrastructure reliability.
Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and IT asset management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support and Microsoft system administration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365 Admin Center, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune).
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, system security, and endpoint management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
