Microsoft System and Support Engineer (6 months temporary)


Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support and managing Microsoft-based systems.

This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, administering Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring the seamless operation of enterprise IT infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Administer and support O365 Admin Center products, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Implement and manage security policies, user access, and system configurations.
  • Monitor system performance, apply updates, and ensure IT infrastructure reliability.


Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and IT asset management.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support and Microsoft system administration.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365 Admin Center, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, system security, and endpoint management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
