The Role: Operations Digital Manager

This is a rare opportunity for a senior-level real estate operator to take full ownership of internal systems, team management, and digital lead infrastructure from inception. You will be responsible for building and overseeing all operational aspects of the business, with direct access to decision-makers and full authority to shape the internal team, digital processes, and performance culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Setup & Automation: Lead the implementation of a CRM platform tailored to real estate lead flow, including tagging, segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Lead Management & Distribution: Oversee and optimise lead assignment, ensuring every opportunity is tracked, followed up, and converted efficiently.
  • Team Building: Source, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team from your professional network. Hire and oversee administrative staff, including an internal Admin Manager.
  • Developer Liaison: Act as the key point of contact with property developers to gather project data, digital assets, pricing, and updates.
  • Internal Communication & Asset Distribution: Ensure that all collected project information is passed accurately to the digital marketing and sales team for timely deployment via email, SMS, WhatsApp, CRM workflows, and internal portals.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide detailed performance reporting directly to the company Director, with regular updates on lead conversions, team KPIs, and CRM analytics.
  • Culture & Motivation: Set the tone for a results-driven, energetic, and high-accountability work environment that attracts top sales talent.
  • Marketing Strategy Support: Collaborate with the digital marketing team on campaign execution and social media strategy to drive lead generation and brand growth.

We are looking for an elite performer with the experience, intelligence, and leadership ability to build operations from scratch and execute at scale.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate operations at a management or senior level
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage digital systems, and drive performance in a sales-oriented environment
  • Direct experience with CRM setup, lead automation, and reporting (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales pipelines and investor/client life cycles
  • Demonstrated leadership in building or scaling high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
  • Tech-savvy, highly organised, and driven by measurable results
  • Experience working in Dubai or the broader UAE real estate sector preferred
  • Knowledge of RERA/compliance is advantageous but not mandatory

On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to AED 500,000+
