Executive - Marketing and Communication

The Executive - Marketing and Communications will assist the Director – Marketing and Communications in executing marketing plans, monitoring campaign performance, coordinating with internal teams, managing budgets, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing, communications, and PR initiatives.


Marketing Management

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies and plans as directed by the Director – Marketing and Communications.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and monitor social media channels for Olfah, Hayyan, and Al Mamsha projects.
  • Plan and curate engaging content, including brand storytelling, event coverage, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop creative briefs and mood boards for designers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Oversee community engagement, respond to inquiries, and track social media performance.
  • Research and collaborate with influencers to maximize brand reach and engagement.

Sales, BD, and Community Support

  • Collaborate with designers and external vendors to develop marketing and sales assets.
  • Create compelling copy for digital platforms, social media, blogs, and marketing collaterals.
  • Proofread and ensure the accuracy of all marketing content before final approval.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Public Relations (PR)

  • Support the execution of PR strategies to boost media exposure.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets and secure media coverage.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies to ensure timely execution of assignments.
  • Track PR impact and generate reports on media reach and effectiveness.

Events & Activations

  • Assist in planning and executing brand activations, launches, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain an event calendar and analyze the effectiveness of past activations.
  • Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and on-ground event support.

Organization & Execution

  • Organize and document marketing meetings, approvals, invoices, and marketing assets.
  • Support cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of marketing plans.
  • Act as a key assistant to the Director of Marketing (DOM), handling daily marketing functions.

Budgeting

  • Monitor marketing expenses and ensure alignment with budget allocations.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing comparisons.
  • Prepare weekly update reports and monthly presentations on marketing performance, campaign success, and industry trends.

Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing & communications, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong understanding of UAE’s real estate market, RERA regulations, and property buyer trends.
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
