3. Develop new markets by identifying and cultivating potential clients (e.g., contractors, developers), while maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts.
4. Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and refine sales strategies based on industry insights.
5. Collaborate with project assistants and supply chain teams to optimize inventory turnover ratio and ensure timely product delivery.
6. Organize/attend training programs to enhance team expertise in material science and sales techniques.
Skills
· Bachelor’s degree or above.
· Full professional proficiency in English.
· Proficient in using ERP systems, Excel, and other Microsoft Office software.
· Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork/collaboration abilities.
· Minimum 3 years of UAE-based work experience with proven expertise in at least one category of building materials.
