  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in the UAE market).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is an advantage



Compensation:

  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • During the probation period, the candidate will receive a commission-based salary.
  • Upon successful completion of the probation period and target achievement, the candidate will be offered a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure.
