As a Senior Business Development Manager, you have to be responsible for driving end-to-end sales and client acquisition across staffing solutions.   • Acquired  New clients and Accounts within given TAT months, significantly expanding the client portfolio.
  • Successfully managed mid-level and niche hiring requirements, aligning talent solutions with client needs.
