Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Sales and Leasing Administrator to support our dynamic operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales and leasing team. Prepare and manage real estate forms A, B, F, and I, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the regulations.

List properties on local real estate portals and maintain the CRM system.

Liaise with developers regarding documentation, projects, availability, commission claims and ensure timely response and processing.

Maintain and organize property files, contracts, and other essential documents.

Assist in coordinating property viewings and meetings between clients and agents.

Qualifications:

- Experience in real estate sales and leasing admin support is a MUST.

- Highly skilled in managing CRM systems and listing properties in local portals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A confident professional with the ability to single-handedly manage all marketing campaigns, property listings and admin tasks. Must possess the skills and experience in customer service and lead management.
