SALES SUPERVISOR(Corporate services and solutions sales)

PERSIAN HORIZON TOURISM is looking to expand its sales team and is seeking a professional Sales Supervisor specializing in corporate services and solutions sales. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Planning and setting sales targets for team members to achieve sales objectives.

2. Providing technical training and supporting the development of the sales team.

3. Designing and implementing sales programs and proposing creative strategies.

4. Preparing proposals and customized offers for clients.

5. Conducting sales meetings with clients and prospects and finalizing contracts.

6. Identifying new markets and collaborating with product development teams.

7. Sourcing operational contractors and signing relevant agreements to develop services and products.

8. Handling and resolving customer complaints related to the sales team and services.

9. Pricing products and services, including special offers.

10. Reviewing customer orders and requests, overseeing order registration, and maintaining customer records.

11. Providing sales support and customer communication via phone, website chat, and social media.

12. Following up on financial matters, including collection of payments and receivables.

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B services such as CRM, VOIP, websites, etc.

2. Applicants must be of Iranian nationality and fluent in both Persian (Farsi) and English.

3. Experience in telesales and managing a telesales team.

4. Strong negotiation and customer communication skills.

5. Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles.

6. Proficiency in CRM software.

7. Ability to work in a team and solve problems creatively.

Skills

Job Requirements:

1. For Iranian applicants, having a valid UAE residency visa (company registration, sponsorship, or guarantee) is mandatory.

2. Minimum of 2 years of living and working experience in the UAE.

3. Fluency in English (knowledge of additional international languages is an advantage).

4. Previous experience in selling business consulting-related services.

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: Until 3:00 PM
