Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Business Development Executive / Team Lead to play a vital role in expanding our presence across the UAE. You’ll be responsible for sourcing leads, closing deals, nurturing relationships, and potentially leading a small sales team as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and approach educational institutions, HR departments, and training partners.
- Pitch training programs to students, professionals, and corporates in compelling ways.
- Collaborate with marketing for outreach campaigns and events.
- Handle client relationships and renewals with a customer-centric mindset.
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
- Represent KGISL at educational fairs, seminars, and industry events.
- Assist in building and mentoring a small team of junior executives (if promoted to Team Lead role).
- Collect feedback and market insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE-based sales/business development experience.
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, training, or skill development is a huge plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication with presentation and pitching skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and high on integrity.
- Strong local network and understanding of UAE sales culture.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Familiar with Excel, CRM, and data-based reporting.
