  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct communication
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
  • Prepare reports, letters, and office correspondence
  • Support the management and other departments as needed

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Proven experience in an office/administrative role
  • Good command of English (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
