Synopsis
The role will lead and elevate the visual identity of our brand across every touchpoint. As the creative force behind our in-house agency, you’ll drive bold, world-class design thinking, ensuring our work is consistent, compelling, and culturally relevant. You’ll lead a team of designers, collaborating closely with copy, production, brand and marketing teams to shape brave, breakthrough creative work.
Accountabilities
- Define & elevate the Brand’s Visual Identity – Set the creative vision for design, photography, film, digital, social and beyond.
- Lead & inspire – Manage and mentor a team of designers, and production team members.
- Champion Craft – Push for exceptional execution, from typography and layout to photography and animation.
- Concept & execute – Bring big ideas to life across multi-channel campaigns, from film and digital to social and events.
- Stay ahead of trends – Keep the brand culturally relevant by tapping into emerging trends.
- Own quality & consistency – Ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand’s DNA and maintains the highest creative standards in partnership with other departments.
- Manage, guide, coach and provide informal / formal feedback to the team to ensure continuous development and skills update.
- Participate in developing, implementing and keeping up-to-date brand image guidelines to ensure compliance with communication guidelines and best practices across the organization.
- Manage the planning and implementation of creative projects and materials to timely deliver effective content in line with business requirements and brand image guidelines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in art direction, design or creative leadership, or 7-10 relevant years of experience in art direction, design or creative leadership without degree
- Experience in advertisement or creative agency, preferably in the area of specialization is an advantage.
- Experience in aviation is a plus but not a necessity.
