We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working in Dubai and an in-depth understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations. Proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate shop drawings is a must.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings based on project requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and guidelines.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure drawing accuracy and project alignment.

Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and site requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.

Skills

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in Dubai.

Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules and submission procedures.

High proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Previous experience in construction or consulting firms in the UAE.
