Overview

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company’s growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, and the confidence to meet targets and build lasting client relationships.



Key Responsibilities

???? Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand the client base.

???? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

???? Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and company offerings in a compelling way.

???? Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and deal closure.



Qualifications & Requirements

???? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

???? 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.

????️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

???? Target-driven with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

???? Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car is highly preferred for field visits and client meetings.
