✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable migration programs
- Negotiate service packages and close deals confidently
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth application flow
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Stay up-to-date with migration trends, visa rules, and program updates
Skills
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a similar field (preferred)
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Malayalam - Tamil-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Confident in delivering client presentations and demos
- Familiarity with CRM systems and territory sales management
