Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a proven track record of success in direct sales and account management.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with potential clients
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable migration programs
  • Negotiate service packages and close deals confidently
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth application flow
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
  • Stay up-to-date with migration trends, visa rules, and program updates


Skills

✅ Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a similar field (preferred)
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Malayalam - Tamil-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident in delivering client presentations and demos
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and territory sales management
