Hiring HR Executive for a Staff Outsourcing Company to be based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling hiring. onboarding, payroll & benefits management. compliance, handle employee grievances, vendor management, HR records management, reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes of blue and white collared employees.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires or joiners, including orientation, visa processing, and necessary paperwork
- Prepare, issue, or review HR-related documents and letters (salary certificates, NOCs, contracts, etc.) with accuracy
- Provide an effective HR counselling to employees covering company policies, procedures, and UAE labour laws as well as employee relations matters
- Ability to hire various trades from inside and outside the country
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance with labor laws.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and handle administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records/files
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 2-3 years of experience in HR handling large volume of work.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
