Hiring HR Executive for a Staff Outsourcing Company to be based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling hiring. onboarding, payroll & benefits management. compliance, handle employee grievances, vendor management, HR records management, reporting 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes of blue and white collared employees.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires or joiners, including orientation, visa processing, and necessary paperwork
  • Prepare, issue, or review HR-related documents and letters (salary certificates, NOCs, contracts, etc.) with accuracy
  • Provide an effective HR counselling to employees covering company policies, procedures, and UAE labour laws as well as employee relations matters
  • Ability to hire various trades from inside and outside the country
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and handle administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employee records/files

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR handling large volume of work.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
