Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Sales targets / Monthly KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
  • Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
  • Ensure all inquiries are attended to promptly.
  • Follow-up with the clients/leads regularly.
  • Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
  • Follow the company’s policy and procedures to ensure the quality and legality of all transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationships.




Skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Real Estate Sales in the U.A.E. for at least 2 years is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Ability to work independently with great dedication.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.)
  • UAE driving license. (Preferred)
