Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales targets / Monthly KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
- Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
- Ensure all inquiries are attended to promptly.
- Follow-up with the clients/leads regularly.
- Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
- Follow the company’s policy and procedures to ensure the quality and legality of all transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationships.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- Real Estate Sales in the U.A.E. for at least 2 years is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
- Strong negotiator.
- Ability to work independently with great dedication.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.)
- UAE driving license. (Preferred)
