As a head cashier you will use your previous experience to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience at check-out. You will train cashiers on drawer accuracy and interactions with customer. You will maintain staffing levels as appropriate and act as the backup as needed. You will ensure the check out area is kept clean and safe.
Skills
An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a cashier and have a customer focused attitude with a passion for motivating and training others. You will partner with the Store Manager to minimize inventory loss. You must be willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
