We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive specializing in NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) and Freight Forwarding services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE market, exceptional sales acumen, and an in-depth understanding of freight logistics, supply chain solutions, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business for NVOCC and freight forwarding services.
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring and maintaining key clients in the UAE market.
• Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Operations Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handling of freight operations.
• Provide accurate pricing quotes and service options to clients.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain and update sales reports, client activity logs, and revenue projections.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.
Key Requirements:
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in NVOCC and freight forwarding sales within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE logistics market, customs regulations, and industry standards.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Other Requirements:
• Existing client portfolio in the UAE market.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as required (Preffered)
