Real Estate Advisor – Dubai Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping clients navigate the real estate market in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring smooth transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers, to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized services.
  • Property Listings: Assist in listing properties for sale and rent, ensuring all information is up to date and accurately represented.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and regulations within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, offering guidance on features and benefits of properties.
  • Negotiation: Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations to ensure a successful transaction.
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Assist clients with all necessary paperwork, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Marketing: Use various marketing channels to promote available properties, including online listings, social media, and networking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai (preferred but not required).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends and property values.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Real Estate license (RERA certification) is a plus.
