  • Analyze balance sheets, income, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.
  • Facilitate a smooth yearly audit process through an independent evaluator by providing accurate transactions and balances of the company.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.
  • Ensure arrant guidance and regulation by implementing financial policies in every facet of the company's fiscal activities.
  • Creating and maintaining journal entries of expenses, commission and deal files of the company 
  • Calculating and filing Vat Returns of both the company and personal 
  • Calculating and filing Corporate Tax Returns of the company
  • Creating and issuing invoices for the company
  • Taking care of company's AMC policies and making sure all KYC documents of the clients are in place 
  • Calculating Commission Payslips of agents. Issuing salaries of the Staff by WPS
  • Able to create a P/L and balance sheet of the company

  • Pertinent educational qualification in the field of Commerce, Finance, and Economics.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Proven command of negotiation skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
  • Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.
  • Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
  • Ability to handle relevant software like Microsoft Suite for efficient preparation of reports and statements.
