  • E-Commerce Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve user experience, and enhance website performance, focusing on speed, navigation, and ease of use.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in the sales funnel, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, such as optimizing checkout processes or reducing cart abandonment.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, and coordinate with marketing team for paid media campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Content Management: Ensure product listings, imagery, and content reflect the brand’s luxury positioning. Work with marketing team to maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
  • Third-party Integrations: Manage integrations with payment gateways, logistics partners, and other.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee the online customer journey with the support of the customer care team, focusing on personalization, customer support, and retention initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to track key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and report on e-commerce performance. Implement strategies for continuous optimization. Conduct regular testing of website elements to improve conversion rates.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Research: Monitor competitor strategies, emerging trends, and customer preferences to adjust online strategies accordingly.
  • Adoption of New Technologies: Stay up-to-date of new e-commerce technologies, AI tools, and trends such as, virtual try-ons and personalization to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
