We are currently seeking a Document Controller for our esteemed client in the UAE to manage and oversee company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in using computer systems to manage documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital documents for easy retrieval
- Ensure proper document control procedures are followed
- Track documents through their lifecycle: creation, review, approval, and archiving
- Manage access to documents for internal departments
- Prepare and update logs, reports, and registers as required
- Support team members with document-related queries
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company standards
Skills
Requirement to be qualified for the role:
- UAE National (Emirati with Family Book)
- High School Certificate or Diploma holder
- Good computer skills (MS Office, file management systems, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work in office , 5 days week.
