The Sales Representative will be the driving force behind Novalux Distribution’s growth in Dubai, leading customer acquisition and building solid, long-term relationships with strategic clients. This professional will represent our products and values to clients, highlighting our quality and exclusivity. We are looking for a strategic, dynamic individual who can thrive in a competitive, high-end market environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Development: Identify and establish business relationships with new premium clients in Dubai, especially in the luxury hospitality and gastronomy sectors.
  2. Product Presentation and Consultation: Communicate the value and quality of our products through presentations, tastings, and personalized demonstrations to meet the specific needs of each client.
  3. Account Management and Retention: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities and building trust and loyalty toward the Novalux brand.
  4. Negotiation and Sales Closure: Conduct strategic negotiations on pricing and conditions, aligning with Novalux’s profitability and exclusivity objectives.
  5. Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with the administrative team to manage orders, coordinate logistics, and ensure punctual and efficient deliveries.
  6. Market Research and Analysis: Gather insights on market trends and consumer preferences in Dubai to adapt the commercial strategy and improve our offering.
  7. Use of Technological Tools: Utilize the company’s CRM system to manage clients, track opportunities, and plan sales, optimizing efficiency and communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales of luxury products, gourmet foods, or high-end consumer goods.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and adapt quickly in a dynamic and constantly evolving market.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai market and experience in the luxury sector (preferred).
  • Proactivity and the ability to manage time and resources independently.
  • Proficiency in technological tools and a willingness to adopt innovative solutions in CRM and sales management.
