Field Sales Representative


to drive growth by engaging clients outdoors, visiting existing accounts, and acquiring new business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building relationships face-to-face.  



Key Responsibilities


1)Prospecting & Lead Generation:* Identify and pursue new clients (businesses, offices, retail stores, etc.) through cold calls, networking, and referrals.  

2 ) lien Visits:* Conduct outdoor/on-site visits to existing clients to assess needs, deliver product samples, and ensure satisfaction.  

3) Sales Presentations:* Demonstrate the benefits of our air scenting systems (e.g., odor elimination, brand enhancement) through tailored pitches.  

4) Relationship Building:* Foster long-term partnerships with clients, addressing concerns and offering customized solutions.  

4 ) Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly goals for revenue growth and client acquisition.  

- *Market Research:* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.  



Collaboration:


Work with marketing and support teams to align efforts and share client feedback.

Qualifications: 

- 2+ years of field sales experience (scenting, HVAC, hospitality, or B2B sales a plus).  

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.  

- Self-driven with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks independently.  

- Valid driver’s license on UAE
