Skills
Monitoring and Patrolling:
- Regularly patrol the premises to check for any suspicious activity.
- Ensure that all entry and exit points are secure.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) if available.
Access Control:
- Check and authorize entry of visitors, employees, and vehicles.
- Maintain a logbook for visitors and deliveries.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Report any suspicious activity or security incidents to higher authorities.
- Keep records of daily activities, unusual occurrences, and any damage or theft.
Emergency Response:
- Respond to alarms or emergencies like fire, theft, or accidents.
- Contact police, fire department, or medical services when necessary.
Property Protection:
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Ensure that doors, windows, and gates are properly locked.
Maintenance Checks:
- Inform the relevant department if lights are out, locks are broken, or other minor issues are found during patrol.
