AccuTree's client is an AI-powered accounting and tax service built for startups, freelancers, and SMEs in the UAE. We take care of the books, VAT filings, and corporate tax compliance — blending automation with expert support. With growing inbound demand, we're looking for a remote sales professional to guide new leads through discovery, explain how our service works, and help them sign up confidently.


About the Role



You'll be the first human touchpoint for most of our leads — founders, freelancers, and ecom sellers who want to learn more. Your job is to respond fast, run tight discovery, guide them toward the right solution, and close with confidence.

The main focus is on converting inbound leads, but this role goes beyond pure inbound. You'll also help re-engage older leads, reach out to potential prospects, support light outbound and partnership outreach, and feed insight back into the team. We're looking for someone who's structured, persuasive, and adaptable — a sales generalist who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to inbound leads via chat, emails and calls — quickly and professionally
  • Run discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs
  • Reactivate cold leads and explore outbound outreach
  • Explain our services (bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax) in clear, human terms
  • Guide founders, freelancers, and ecommerce sellers toward the right plan
  • Follow up diligently with leads across channels (chat, email, WhatsApp, Zoom)
  • Track everything in the CRM and refine your own pipeline
  • Share product feedback and customer insights with the team
  • Contribute ideas to help us improve messaging, FAQs, and onboarding flow


Skills

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • 2–4 years in sales, account management, or customer success (ideally in SaaS, fintech, or services)
  • Confidence handling inbound and outbound conversations across chat, email, and Zoom
  • Excellent written and spoken English — clear, friendly, and confident
  • A knack for explaining complex topics (like VAT or tax) in simple terms
  • The ability to listen ask smart questions, and earn trust
  • A fast, responsive working style — you're comfortable juggling multiple chats and tasks
  • Highly organized and follow through on every lead
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or Zoho is a plus
  • Bonus: knowledge of the UAE business/tax environment, or similar regions, knowledge of Arabic
