A well-established NDT Technical inspection company is looking for a female receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Skills
- Female candidates only (requirement due to the nature of client interactions)
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Presentable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
