  • Greet all visitors and clients with professionalism and a warm, approachable attitude
  • Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely, courteous manner
  • Schedule client appointments and showroom visits for the sales team
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, order tracking, and filing
  • Support the sales and design teams with client coordination and follow-ups
  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, documents, and general correspondence
  • Maintain updated records of client visits and showroom footfall


Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Presentable, personable, and confident in engaging with high-end clientele
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • A passion for interiors, design, or architecture is a plus
