- Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Develop and innovate new bread recipes in line with French baking traditions and seasonal trends.
- Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other breads.
- Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve optimal flavor and texture.
