We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration Manager to lead and streamline the administrative functions of our real estate company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations, a strong relationship and deep understanding of local and federal government procedures, and solid knowledge of ADGM regulations and real estate compliance frameworks in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth internal operations and alignment with company goals.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE federal laws and Abu Dhabi-specific regulations, including:
- Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) operational, financial, and real estate regulations.
- Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT)
- Abu Dhabi Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)
- Liaise with relevant government and regulatory entities to manage licensing, company registration, property transactions, and compliance documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with municipality, land Department ministries.
- Manage legal documents, tenancy contracts, renewals, and real estate records in accordance with both onshore and ADGM rules.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all administrative and operational procedures align with current laws and regulations.
- Supervise administrative and support staff, ensuring efficient office management and professional internal communication.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and budgeting for administrative expenditures.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5–8 years of administrative management experience, preferably dealing in real estate or investment affairs in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of ADGM regulations, especially related to property, business licensing, and compliance procedures.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE regulatory framework, including labor law, tenancy law, and free zone governance.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing compliance for a real estate firm licensed under ADGM.
- Familiarity with Tawtheeq, Ejari, and other UAE property and tenancy systems.
- Existing relationships or contacts within Abu Dhabi government departments and free zones.
