At Proxied.com, we're seeking a Senior Backend Developer with a passion for scalable systems and clean architecture. You’ll be a key player in shaping our backend infrastructure, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and clean code.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain robust APIs using GraphQL, REST, and WebSockets
• Design scalable data solutions with relational, NoSQL (especially MongoDB), and columnar databases
• Optimize application performance using Redis and other in-memory caching techniques
• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to bring new features from concept to production
• Keep current with modern backend technologies and best practices
• You’ll primarily work with Node.js using TypeScript/JavaScript, and we welcome any experience with GoLang as a valuable bonus.

Skills

Ideal candidates should have:

• 6+ years of professional experience in Node.js backend development
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), functional programming, and object-oriented principles
• Experience with monorepos and microservice architecture
• Strong understanding of MongoDB and columnar data storage solutions
• Practical experience using Redis for session management and caching
• Proficiency in GraphQL and REST API development
• English language skills at a B2–C1 level
• Bonus: Experience with GoLang
